Shipping TimeAll in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. If an item is out-of-stock, you will be notified by e-mail within one business day with approximate shipping date. If shipping date is not acceptible, please reply via e-mail for resolution. The time needed for standard shipping in Continental U.S. to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 2 - 6 business day delivery time depending on the location. West coast is generally two days and the east coast is generally 4 - 5 business days longer. Standard shipping to Canada and other U.S. destinations will take approximately 7 - 10 business days. Express shipping to all destinations is 2 business days. Shipping MethodsMerchandise will be shipped within the Continental U.S. using UPS Ground Service where possible. Merchandise shipped to Canada using standard shipping will use Canadian Post. Merchandise shipped to areas outside Continental U.S. will be shipped via DHL standard shipping. All Express Orders will be shipped using DHL Express. Orders are generally shipped within two business days. Damaged ShipmentsDamaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Manufacturers' DefectsIf a product appears to have a manufactures' defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. Return Merchandise PolicyPermission for any return merchandise must be secured from our Customer Service department. For questions about returning merchandise contact Customer Service. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur 20% re-stocking fee, at our discretion. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors.
